Where do I start with the amazing team at ALken. I really love this place, Rachel & Aoibheann are brilliant, always so welcoming & friendly. I have been using there services now for 5+years.
It’s always immaculately clean, warm and the atmosphere is always calm & relaxing. The girls are so knowledgeable on wellness & the therapies they offer. Every treatment is explained to you in detail, as is the aftercare advice.

I absolutely LOVE the Muscle Melt Massage, it’s the only massage that actually works for me, after years of back problems I always feel so much better after it. Also totally in love with the Eve Taylor Line , all the products are made with natural ingredients, no nasty chemicals – they smell divine, & work wonders for my dry/sensitive skin, thrilled that they introduced it.
I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my skin.

I could not recommend this incredible place more. My communication with them has always been easy whether via phone, email or Facebook. As soon I see their Special Offers I immediately book no matter what the treatment. They say that “If you don’t look after yourself who will?” Well the team at ALken definitely will ♥

ALken beauty spa clinic gets 5 stars from me. I have been going here for last 7 years and am always impressed with the service. Rachel did my make up for my wedding. It was so perfect, totally natural but lasted the whole day without having to touch it up.

Rachel’s lovely relaxed manner on the wedding morning meant we were all relaxed and our makeup was done with plenty of time to spare. The beautiful spa clinic is peaceful and inviting not to mention spotlessly clean. Both Rachel and Aoibheann make us feel so welcome when we go and nothing is too much trouble. They are both very professional and offer a great range of treatments.

– I have been a client of Rachel’s for over 10 years and attending ALken formally known as Body and Soul. I cannot recommend this place highly enough in particular the vitamin C and Caviar Facial Treatment. This is an ultimate relaxing treat and my skin is always glowing afterwards.
– I am also a major fan of the waxperts Wax. I have dry sensitive skin but this is the first wax I’ve found that is not painful and the results are amazing.

Fantastic little gem. Great treatments and services. I have been attending the spa clinic now for over 8 years as my back plays up from time to time with my sciatic nerve. Always leave feeling refreshed and revitalised without fail. All the staff are very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend.

I am a regular spa go getter. I absolutely adore facials and massage. I have been to all the five star resorts spa in Ireland and not one matches up to the level of service and outstanding treatments found at ALken. In my opinion in the five star resorts your only paying for your robe and slippers but the treatment and connection between client and therarpist is not there. At Alken you get the personal touch and I receive the official 5 star service. I have been going now to Rachel for over 15 years and I love her professional and warm personality. She trains all the therapist up to her level and all the treatments are just out of this world. From waxing, to my tan, to my monthly facials, and weekly massages, I could not live without this place. It’s my little piece of heaven.
